Why are your tyres so cheap?
You may find it hard to believe, but the prices displayed are our actual prices!
After years of experience in the tyre trade we are able to offer the public wholesale tyre prices.
Why should I buy from Speedy’s Tyres and not a well-known tyre retailer?
Aside from the obvious point of us being cheaper than most other outlets. We offer the same service as other major suppliers, so there’s no real difference.
How much are the postage charges?
Shipping charge is based on size and weight of the tyres. Each size has it’s own shipping cost which can be calculated on cart page.
How soon will I receive the tyres once I have placed an order?
We aim to despatch your tyres within 24hrs of your order. Generally, you will receive your tyres within 2 working days. In some cases it’s a whopping next day delivery!
Can I opt for a quicker delivery?
At the moment we do not have any provision in place for a guaranteed quicker delivery. We can however offer Saturday deliveries at further expense. You would need to contact us beforehand in order to see if its possible.
Can I back order tyres at all?
We accept major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.
What happens if I order a wrong size?
If you have ordered a wrong size but the tyres have not been dispatched, we will replace the tyres without any additional postage charges (this may incur a delay in the delivery). However, once the tyres have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the return postage and any subsequent re-delivery.
What if I change my mind and want to return my items?
This is fine as long as it’s within 7 days of purchase and they have not been used. The items would need to be sent back to us in the same condition as they were. You would be responsible for arranging the returns postage.
How do I get my money back?
Any refund issued would be paid back into your account the same way the items the paid for.
How do know my order has gone thorough successfully?
Upon completing checkout you will get an Order reference sent to the email address address supplied detailing your order. This would signify that you order has gone through successfully and will be processed accordingly.
How do I know when to expect my delivery?
You will be sent a message to the email address supplied giving you the website link and consignment number to track your delivery.
I’m a tyre retailer, can you supply me with new tyres at wholesale?
Yes, we do offer this service. You would need to contact us in order for us to set up an account for you with your own unique pricing structure.
Are your tyres brand new?
Yes they are about as new as they come. The very same tyres any other supplier would offer you.
